- Head office of the enterprise is in Tokyo, Japan.
- The company employs currently 75 employees.
- President of the company is Saki Kosugi.
- The company started about 90 years ago as a nursery and switched its activities into the landscape and garden design business since 1943.
- Kosugi Zohen is a joint-stock company since 1978.
- Business activities of Kosugi Zohen include planning, constructing and maintenance of large-scale projects in housing estates (approx. 1500 units/year).
- Planning, constructing and re-constructing of gardens within the 20 million megalopolis of Tokyo (approx. 190 construction sites/ year).
- Kosugi Zohen owns its own Seminar House in the city of Atami and this Seminar House is used to develop skills of Kosugi Zohen’s own employees as well as for conducting several other seminars through- out the year.
- Future vision: Kosugi Zohen intends to plan and construct some Japanese gardens in Europe and Asia within the next few years. By doing this, Kosugi Zohen wishes to contribute to the understanding of Japanese gardens and culture outside Japan.
